01Wellness classification
Early Signal is a consumer wellness tracker for personal, non-commercial use on iPhone and Apple Watch. It is a wellness tool. It does not diagnose or treat disease. It is not medical advice, not a medical device, and not a clinical triage or emergency service. Status levels describe personal variations in overnight biometric baselines and suggest low-risk rest actions.
02Agreement
By using the Early Signal app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
03Eligibility
The app is intended for adults who use an Apple Watch with Apple Health. You are responsible for granting and managing Health permissions.
04Pricing
Early Signal will be free to download on the App Store when it launches. Until then, this website collects waitlist emails so we can notify you. The morning warning, status ring, Off from usual alerts, 14-day trends, 30-day history, and day-of guidance remain free. Optional Early Signal Pro unlocks additional features (accuracy report, alert sensitivity, Slightly off pushes, deeper history, medium widget, and CSV export) via in-app purchase.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple: monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Lifetime Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store and may vary by region. See Pricing for a feature comparison.
05Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app or website, attempt to reverse engineer in violation of applicable law, or use the product for clinical decision-making.
06Intellectual property
The Early Signal name, branding, and software are owned by their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
07Disclaimer of warranties
The product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that alerts will be timely, accurate, or useful for any particular purpose.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Early Signal and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health decisions you make based on the app.
